The Service is an internal AI-assisted social media management tool used by Paolonet to plan, generate, schedule, and publish content to social media accounts on behalf of the businesses Paolonet manages. It is not offered as a public self-service product — access is limited to Paolonet and the businesses/clients it directly works with.
This policy explains what data the Service collects when connecting and managing social media accounts (YouTube/Google, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), X, TikTok, LinkedIn) and how that data is handled. It applies to the businesses and staff Paolonet manages accounts for, and to the individuals whose social media accounts are connected to the Service.
When a social media account is connected via OAuth, we receive and store:
Drafts, captions, hashtags, images, and videos created, generated, scheduled, or published through the Service, plus engagement/analytics data retrieved from connected platforms.
Login activity, IP address, browser/device information, and application logs, collected for security and debugging.
Prompts and content sent to our AI providers (NVIDIA, OpenRouter, OpenAI, DeepSeek for text; Flux via OpenRouter for images) to generate captions, hashtags, translations, and images. See Section 5.

We do not share data with any other third party except as required by law.
Socialmedia’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
Data obtained through Google/YouTube APIs is used only to provide and improve the YouTube-related features of the Service (publishing videos, reading channel analytics) and is never used to serve ads or sold to third parties.
Data is stored on infrastructure operated by Paolonet (PostgreSQL database, Redis cache). OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to Paolonet staff who need it to operate the Service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
We retain connected-account data and tokens for as long as the account remains connected to the Service. When an account is disconnected, its tokens are deleted immediately; associated content history may be retained for record-keeping unless deletion is requested (see Section 9).

To disconnect a social account and delete its stored tokens and associated data from the Service, email [email protected] with the platform and account name you want removed, or ask Paolonet to disconnect it from the Channels dashboard. We will confirm once the data has been deleted, normally within 30 days.
The Service uses strictly necessary cookies/session tokens to keep you logged in and to secure the dashboard. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
The Service is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children under 16.

By accessing or using Socialmedia (the “Service”), operated by Paolo, trading as Paolonet (“Paolonet”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Socialmedia is an internal AI-assisted social media management platform used by Paolonet to generate, schedule, and publish content to social media accounts (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn) on behalf of the businesses it manages, and to surface trends and analytics relevant to those accounts.
The Service is provided for Paolonet’s internal and agency use only. It is not offered as a public self-service product. Access is limited to Paolonet staff and the businesses/clients Paolonet directly works with under a separate engagement. Each such business is referred to as a “Client” in these Terms.
By connecting a social media account to the Service (via OAuth), the Client authorizes Paolonet to access, publish to, and read analytics from that account, strictly within the scopes shown at the time of connection. The Client can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the account in the Service or directly through the relevant platform’s own settings. Paolonet is not responsible for actions taken through an account before it is disconnected.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate captions, hashnotes, translations, and images. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by a human before publishing.
Paolonet does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or originality of AI-generated output, and the Client remains responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published to a connected account.
Content created through the Service for a Client (drafts, captions, images, video) belongs to that Client, subject to any separate written agreement between Paolonet and the Client. The Service’s underlying software, design, and branding remain the property of Paolonet.
Publishing to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn is subject to each platform’s own terms of service and developer policies, in addition to these Terms.
Paolonet is not responsible for changes, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by those platforms, including changes to API availability, pricing (e.g. per-post charges), or account review requirements.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Clients of material changes in advance.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paolonet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Paolonet’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the [three (3)] months preceding the claim, or [€0] if no fees apply.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, connected account tokens will be deleted per the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country/Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Country/Jurisdiction].
